The new iPhone X requires a bit of learning curve when you upgrade from previous models. That also includes the way to take a phone’s screenshot as well which previously can be accomplished by pressing the Power and Home buttons at the same time.
As the Home button is no longer exist on the new iPhone X, Apple has introduced a new way to take a screenshot on the new iPhone X. And here is how to do that.
How to capture a screenshot on Apple iPhone X
In order to take a screenshot on iPhone X, first, make sure your current phone’s screen currently displays the content you want to capture. Then:
- Press and hold the Power button (Side button) which located on the right side of the phone.
- Press and release the Volume Up button.
- If you did it correctly, the phone’s screen will flash and the screenshot will appear and zooms out to the lower edge of the screen and it will disappear in a few seconds. If you want to make a quick mark up and share the screenshot, make sure you press it before it disappears.
How to find saved screenshots on iPhone X
To find all screenshots that you’ve taken on the iPhone X:
- Open Photos app.
- Go to Albums tab.
- And open the Screenshots album.
